I honestly can't believe how truly EXCEPTIONAL Ballards Removals are! From day one of the survey right through to the last minute of the delivery of our furniture and belongings to our new home I honestly didn't have a single issue with this brilliant company.
We are still utterly gob-smacked by the capability of their driver being able to thread the large truck into what is an exceptionally tight entrance even for a normal small car, but he did and without damage to anything he reversed by despite their being less than 2" gap on either side!!

I hope we never move home ever again but if we do then without any doubt, the only removal company we would be contacting would be Ballards as they honestly are that exceptionally good.

Nothing but praise for the removal guys who helped us yesterday from Ballards. They were professional, highly skilled, personable, approachable and brought some humour and a sense of balance to what would have been a very stressful day!

I can't praise them enough, they were careful and worked cleanly by placing plastic sheeting on the carpets and wearing shoe covers. We had the packing service and boy are we glad we did. Remember if you pack yourself you need boxes and they are not cheap (£2.00 a box). The boxes are included in the price so that takes away a large cost. If they pack they come the day before and wrap everything in appropriate materials (paper for plates, blanket material for large fragile objects. The thing is everything is wrapped, they mark the boxes so they go in the correct rooms. House moving in one of the most stressful things to do and our move was as good as it can be. I throughly recommend Ballards. They are not the cheapest, but the staff were brilliant and we emptied a five bedroom house and we had no breakages. Well done Ballards.

What an excellent service from Ballards. They completly took all the stress out of moving for my parents. An excellent service from start to finish from everyone involved. The team on the move days were very helpful, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Great company good storage facilities

We used Ballards as our neighbours did before us, and they were pleased with the service. We had four guys including James and Pete, who were extremely polite and efficient. We had packed ourselves, but had we known how reasonable and professional the company is, we will definitely use them for the whole job next move! 5***** from start to finish.

We chose Ballards after a recommendation from friends, and couldn't fault the service. We had five men to pack for us the day before the move, and three to unload on a pouring wet day. We found that the loft ladder wasn't attached, and they even coped with that. They were as polite and helpful as possible. We would certainly recommend Ballards to anyone else.
