We came for a Hen party and had an amazing time. All the staff were so friendly and seemed to be having a really good time. They had a great rapport and that created a great atmosphere. If you're up for a fun time and can accept you might get hit by a ball (at a ball pit?!) then you will love it too. Pizzas were yummy and cocktails were fun twists on old faves

I love everything about this! The bottomless brunch is fantastic. Amazing service to top it off. Very unique experience - keep it up guys!

I found this place by chance from an advert and decided to travel almost 3 hours to visit here and I am so glad I did. This is the most fun unique experience ever (albeit a hot sweaty and tiring one ). Fabulous environment professional friendly staff and the most wonderful cocktails. Very reasonable prices but certainly worth it regardless. Rebooked another visit as this is a must do for anyone who is a child at heart. Well done Ballie Ballerson please come to north of England soon.

Customer service was amazing. They let us change the date when we were unable to attend and answered messages and emails in great time. Bottomless brunch was such good value. Amazing fresh pizzas brought to you without even asking. A lot of fun and laughs.

One of the best bars I’ve ever been to. Will be back!!

Overall this was good fun and good value on a Sunday (£25). A few gripes - but late opening for the session, which didn’t help with bag checks etc. Also an hour in the barman claimed there’s no more sangria... only for me to see another Bar man dish it out a minute later.... thankfully the other Bar man sorted it! Pizza was good and they regularly brought more out. Would recommend a reserved table for in between the ball pit. We got one at first but then lost when we went in the pit. Good photo ops in the pit.

User

Visit this place once to experience the ball pit if you don't mind getting hit in the face with the balls! I had to tell one idiot to stop throwing them because they kept hitting me smack in the face! After this initial experience we went back in the pit and it was a lot of fun but only for 10 mins just to get some funky photos!

Drinks were lovely but too much ice, music too loud but food was super!

I paid £50 for 3 of us which just seemed to be for entrance and ball pit, you still have to spend money on food and drink so felt a bit stung!

Great venue if you can get passed the adults being such idiots!

User

Much smaller than they make it out to be in the pictures. Fun photo opportunity but too pricey for what it was. The music was loud and the bar too small. Some of the balls were quite dirty. Enjoyed the cocktails though.

User

Should be free entry and limited people allowed in as the ball pit is so small! Really not worth £12 an hour when you can’t even move about as your all crammed into such a small space.

User

It’s very noisy, there’s no where to sit, the drinks are not good the bar area is not very inviting & the ball pool is a lot smaller than it looks on the website. Ok for a little bit of fun & photos for half an hour but not worth the price, plus they want extra to put your bag or coats in a cloak room. Would suggest a drink & cloakroom are included in price or make cheaper.

User

If you like just sitting in a McDonald’s play place with overpriced bad drinks then this is the spot for you.

User

Ball pit was too small for the amount of people in there. And drinks were a bit pricey as nice as they were the cocktails were more ice than actual drink... Fun idea but definitely didn't live up to the expectations we had.

We travelled all the way up from Deal, Kent to visit the Ball pit for a special occasion. Unfortunately the photos are very deceiving on fb & website ... we thought the ball pit area was too small for the amount of people using it. The mirrors on the wall reflect in the photo images, portraying a sense of depth and illusion.

The bar staff were pleasant and entertaining, but the cocktails were £10 plus each and mostly made up of ice. A few stools to perch on and the air conditioning switched on would of been appreciated, as it was a very humid evening.

£84.00 for 5 very disappointed visitors :(

We booked the 'VIP' room.

We were greeted at the door by some moody doorstaff, then the fun could start!

But it wasnt fun.

As we were having cigarettes out front someone walked past and said, 'really?' In a very sarcastic tone. To be honest that summed it up.

We where watched by the equivalent of big brother, we were refused the option of fun.

Basically you could lay in the ballpit and gently throw the balls, anything more would get you on the genuine naughty step for a timeout.

To add to this, its expensive as fuck and they expect you to take your empties to the bar, because no one else will.

I award you no points.

Its unfortunate that 1 star is the lowest rating.

We'll never be back and i hope you enjoy the 5 - 6 hundred pound we spent.

P.s ballie ballbag is in the next south park season

'Dont forget to bring a ball'

User

The ball pit was tiny and only fun for 5mins. DJ was absolutely terrible and did not seem to enjoy being there. Neither did i. Definitely not worth going.

User

So small !!!!!!!! Loads of mirrors ! Not a true representation shown! Could be amazing if they just made the pit bigger then if you didn’t want to get caught in crossfire you don’t have to!

User

So over-priced for what it is. Bar staff have to be reminded of "customer satisfaction" before displaying right attitude. Paid £9 for a cocktail that tasted of pondwater and then got accused of pulling a fast one when I tried to get it changed...then she tasted it, realised, and said it was because the barwoman who made it was new...pfff. Only go if you want to throw your hard earned money at a measly London fad.
