What a decent nightclub with plenty of music going around, also the venue itself is in great condition.

Someone stole my daughter phone in this club last night got all family photos on we are heart broken reward if returned

Loved it been in there so many times but now been months and months now I'm not allowed in balloon cause over some small thing last YEAR didn't even cause anything!! Bouncer from panache said something to me while I was driving down the road I heard, picked my friends up and drove back up and told him what's the problem and apparently that was a threat so so I'm barred from all the places so pathetic after I've been spending fortune every weekend I'm probably the most person that actually spends a lot in there your loss not mine I'm not even a violet person everyone knows that you can ask all of your staffs what I'm like they will give you a correct real answer believing on one bouncer which was a year ago and don't even exist you gonna keep me on a ban for no reason really disappointed lot of my friends don't even bother going in there anymore. And this panache bouncer suppose to be coming back on the 28th April 2016 and now his not! Apparently I've been told next week now which I know il get the same answer again and again I don't understand that he was only a door men! The door security manager should make decision it's not up to someone just works as a door men what makes me laugh they ban me over that small drama !!!!!!! No point trying gonna leave it now was a best club did rate 5* there's nothing that I can do anymore give up its just boring now !!!!!!!!!!

I know bouncers get a bad rap so I'm sharing my story. My phone dropped out my pocket last night in ballon bar And I could not find it thought it gone for good One of the ballon bar bouncers took my number tracked down my phone and drove to get it five in the morning then he found my fianc├® on Facebook to tell him he had it and when we tired to give him some money to say thankyou he refused to take it. Annoys me when people slate bouncers cause he went above and beyond to get my phone back. You thankyou salim your a star

Your Saturday night DJ needs to cut the track skipping in half and stick to some of his tunes. 27/09/15

Not a bad club . Bar staff are nice but the staff that you pay your money to when you come in are very rude!! One girl felt it was okay to grab my arm and turn it round because i wanted the stamp on my wrist ! No one should touch you aggressively like that! Disgusting especially when your paying for entry it's rude just a off put to go in the club. Apart from that it's okay.

Used to love balloon bar it's just not the same anymore

Would be such a better club if the bouncers weren't so rude and disrespectful and done their job properly! Pulling people out so violently for not much reason doesn't seem right to me. Seen it happening many times. Horrible.

They let my all collage under 18s girls boys paying to the bouncers hate it

The bouncers feel they have the right to beat up 19year old girls!

Such an Excellent venue, However spoilt by the stinking attitude of the doormen....They seriously need some retraining on people skills instead of acting like foreign thugs trying to show their power, The joys of being sober and seeing what goes on ! !

Never come here one of disgusting club

My 20 year old daughter was turned away even though she had a ticket and full ID , they wanted her bank card , I had told her not to take it in case she lost it. In light of what happened in the town last week this has totally disgusted me. She hadn't had a drink so they had no reason or excuse to refuse her entry. Lots of other girls were being refused too. Clearly sexist pigs with too much power. Needs changing. Oh and I will also be wanting a refund on the ticket.

Iphone stolen from handbag - absolutely no help given by club - won't reply to phone, email or facebook - disgusting attitude

If you like dingy alleyways and a building site as a first impression then this is the place for you! It's like a corridor in the West Wing and its packed with people that have been on the party powder. The bar is cramped, the doormen are very rude and the dance floor is a corner of a narrow walkway next to the toilet, you get a nice smell of piss dancing to the latest Calvin Harris number.

Heard good music coming from there so attempted to walk in with 2 friends.

Were met by large group of east European door staff, whom one of them then told my friend he could not enter as he had been drinking too much,we were amazed at this as we had only just arrived in Northampton,my friend tried to explain he had not even been drinking but was still told in broken English "too much drink already".

We left and spent the night and our money in revolutions and NB's.

Don't go on Saturday.

Mr Scott, the guy standing behind the decks (usually with a balloon in his mouth) can't mix. Instead of mixing you'll keep hearing "your listening to Mr Scott" or a backspin.

Add that to the repeating one song 3 times in an hour and a half...

well we left this club before the night was out.
