Balmoral Boarding Kennels And Cattery & Balmoral Doggy Day Care

We can't fault the facilities or the staff. Bobbi has been going to Balmoral for 2 years now, the improvements made during this time as this relatively new business has developed have been great. The Doggy day care unit is amazing, Bobbi gets so excited when he realises where he is going, when we pick him up he really is 'dog tired'! Thank you to the entire team, keep up the good work! Thank you to all at Balmoral for looking after Mario so well. We were very anxious about leaving him at a kennels for the first time, even though he's 6. Despite our concerns, he was so well looked after and will definitely be leaving him in your care in the future.

So pleased I decided to take Henry Mudge to Balmoral. He needs socialising with humans and other dogs and I have noticed a difference in him. He also comes home very tired. Well done to everyone, I’m so chuffed �

Our dogs have been going to Balmoral for 3.5 years now and are always happy and healthy after their stay. Matt, Mandi and the team are very friendly and so helpful. Thanks again guys for looking after Sparks and Tills for us!

Matt has just brought our little boy home after our Easter break away. I can quite honestly say that I would not be comfortable leaving George with anyone else! Thanks Matt and Mandy, once again ��

Left our 6 year old Lab for 2 nights, a lovely place highly recommend � came bouncing out when we picked her up wagging her tail, had a bath before we collected her. lovely staff, definitely leave her again when we go away �

Just collected our much loved family pet cat Harry. He had yet again a wonderful holiday here at balmoral kennel and cattery. We hate leaving him but when we do we know Harry is in safe hands, that way we enjoy our holiday. He has his special diet food that we bring and I know the staff will watch out if he needs any Veterinary requirements which he didn't, so a massive plus. Lady that gave him back to us didn't want him to go so I know he had a great time. Now we need to get ourselves organised for 2019 and get him booked in again ��.

I’ve taken Harlee for just a month and she goes twice a week for play days. The girls are fabulous with her and she loves going. It’s a bonus she comes home shattered but very happy. Thank you to you all

Hugo our little 1 year old Border Terrier spent a couple of nights here and seems to have had THE best time! We even got a lovely photo whilst we were away! The staff are all friendly and show a true interest and love towards all the dogs...they seemed to know Hugo's personality after only a few nights (especially one of the young girls) shows how well the dogs are looked after. Would definitely recommend! � x

Greeted by friendly member of staff and shown to kennels which are spotless.Hope Mak wasnt too much trouble as he is a bit lively LOL.Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again and hope to use again in the future!!

Gatsby had his assessment today for the Day Centre and I was a little nervous about leaving him because he is so excitable! I didn’t think he would pass! When I arrived to pick him up I spotted him with the other dogs and was told how good he had been! He absolutely loved it and he’s now fast asleep, will definitely be returning! Absolutely over the moon Xx

Excellent service from both boarding and doggy day care. Would definitely recommend, Arthur our cocker spaniel loves it there.

Excellent clean spacious kennels, my cockapoos first time in kennels, he is a wimp but he was very happy arriving and leaving the kennels. Lovely staff who clearly love the animals, lots of walks throughout the day.... will definitely be using these kennels again �

Ellie spent just over a week in the kennels and loved it dogs are walked regularly and let out to play in a safe compound. Ellie and Monty have since been back for a bath and came home smelling lovely. Must try the doggy daycare it looks fun.

Daisy loves coming here to play, she has been driving the staff nuts for over two years and I would highly recommend the kennels to everyone. I even get dragged in and get totally ignored when it's time to home.

Cannot recommend Balmoral enough! Luna has returned home as happy as she was when we dropped her off - thank you for looking after her and we will definitely be using you again. Thanks

So far, Alfie seems to be enjoying his play times at Balmoral. It's certainly tired him out and I get some peace in the evening after work - result!!!
