Great food. However staff need training. We asked for a jug of tap water but instead we were brought a large glass! So customer service needs improving.

Good food but disappointed with service tonight. Everything seemed too much trouble and no one even smiled. Probably get a takeaway next time!

Bring your own drink. Food was very nice but there was a mix up with the nan bread. Forgivable though.

Great food and service here. Not the biggest of restaurants but that's not a problem. Just remember to bring your own alcohol etc. Few parking places outside the building or across the road.

Shared a tikka masala and extras with my partner. Have to think back to school diners to remember when I last had such a horrible curry. Tasted of honey and a lingering unpleasant flavour i can't identify. I hope it was a one off mistake but there no way I will ever order from you again.

Only ever had food as a take away so can't comment on the restaurant, although it always looks busy!

Food is good quality at a reasonable price and normally prepared very quickly.

We've been eating at the Balti Hut regularly for over ten years. The food has always been excellent, service good and staff friendly and welcoming. However on Saturday 29th October, although the food was good and he service quick, we found the staff to be unfriendly, unwelcoming and cold. Service was robotic and the staff didn't even look up to say goodbye or thank you as we left passing by the reception desk. I find this unacceptable for a family meal where we had spent approximately £100.
In the past the restaurant has always been busy at the time of our booking (730) with a good atmosphere however the restaurant was not busy at all and i wonder if people had been put off coming for the same problems experienced by us. i'm seriously considering going elsewhere. Disappointing
