Bam - Imperial Tobacco Office Refurbishment

BAM is pleased to be refurbishing existing offices to turn them into Imperial Tobacco’s UK Headquarters.

Following the successful build of the new Imperial Tobacco European Headquarters, BAM is now refurbishing an existing two-storey building into offices to house Imperial’s UK business. The finished building will contain cellular offices, meeting rooms, a café, two lifts and will be fully air conditioned. To the north end, a commercial nursery will be created and externally we are building a five a side sports pitch with running track, block paved car parking and landscaping.

The building is targeting BREEAM Very Good, and will photovoltaic panels installed on the roof as a renewable energy source.
The project is due for completion in July 2014.
