Bambini Ballroom

Bambini Ballroom is a fun Ballroom-themed children's entertainment program designed to build confidence, improve fitness and provide access to Ballroom and Latin dance culture. The benefits of Ballroom and Latin dance include- improving concentration and coordination, useful for a range of ball sports, boosting fitness and posture, encouraging respect for each other, as well as musical appreciation and above all, making friends. Our lessons are focused on fun first, using dance as a vehicle for children to express themselves. We have worked with a ballroom dancer and an early years story telling specialist to build a unique curriculum, combining aspects of drama, dance steps and creative play to offer an exciting experience for children. We are currently working in the after school club sector and our classes are taught by DBS approved dance professionals with teaching experience. We have found that our teachers who are trained Musical Theatre performers bring a vitality to the classes, which helps to motivate the children. We are actively looking for more dance professionals to add to our teaching network as we expand across London. Teachers must have a full DBS accessible via the online update service and must have previous experience. We pay £35 per hour. Ballroom experience is by no means essential.
