Extremely disappointed, ordered a while ago and our order was lost, we had been waiting an hour when we called to be told we would have to wait another hour for them to complete and deliver, needless to say we cancelled our order.
We decided to give them another chance this evening, for us to find 2 long black hairs in one of our meals....disgusting!!
Will not be ordering again.
Staff were very rude and are not helpful at all, we were complaining about it being late and he just went “ok bye” at the end, will not be ordering from here again.
Wait an hour and half after been told 35 minutes for delivery, cold food and a load of lies about it been warm or take a small discount as nearly warm. Time wasters who struggle to tell the truth
Terrible service!
Food was wet, foisty, cold and some of the chicken was partially raw and chips undercooked. After waiting over an hour it just went straight in the dustbin for all of us.
Undeniably the worst takeaway I have ever ordered.
Would not rate this place at all, burgers where over cooked and burnt bread was cheap and nasty and soggy chips took over 1 and half hours to arrive with no apologies. Drinks were also warm as they put everything all in the same bag which then made the food cold. McDonald's quarter pounder is much nicer with half the price!

This buisness has terrible customer service and I will never order from them ever again.
My friend and I order half a Pepperoni and half a vegetarian special and the pizza can with the vegetarian half covered in ham.
I gave them a call and explained that it is against my religion to eat meat but they wouldn't back down telling me the order was correct.
Both my friend and I heard the conversation on speakerphone.
Thie service was the worst service I have ever had from a buisness....please don't order from there.
Asked for foood to be cooked well done ended with fatty kebab meat, chicken with traces of blood and under done lamb and cost me £21:00 won't be using again!!

This is th worst take away in Harrogate they dont pick up the phone when ringing to order food and lie about delivery times so going somewhere else next time
When ringing to order my food I could hear the staff messing around, mimicking the guy i was speaking too, telling him to pass over the phone. Food never arrived which was no surprise.
