No problem. Van was very clean & the staff seemed all friendly

On average I hire vans from BCVH at least twice a month and have done for the last 3 years. Never had a bad experience! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will always go the extra mile to try and help you out. Vans are always clean and well kept and the fleet is updated every year! Added bonus that Banbury's BEST cafe is right next door (Reg's Cafe)!!!

Very disappointed. Unfairly charged a cancellation fee. Rude customer service. The car smelt of urination. These are three separate occasions. I will not be using them again. The only attractive feature was the "no deposit", but it's not worth it.

Good, cheap place. Hiring a van was quick and easy.

Nice car, ok service, Just make sure you put every single drop of fuel back in the car i suggest using the petrol station down the road. (Maybe get yourself a petrol can fuel it at there site) you will be charged.

Vans are perfect and great loyalty service

Hired a car from this company on 2 occasions now and never again! On first occassion approx a year ago it was at short notice and they only had one available and it stank of stale fags, not ideal for a non smoker. Decided to put ip with through necessity but regretted it. So in a similar situation a year later and tried them again having forgotten how bad it was and exactly the same thing happens! The smell was unbearable, it was like sitting in an ashtray! Not the same car but exactly the same problem so took back and got immediate refund. On the plus side instead of paying this company £99.70 for a citreon cactus for 2 days Enterprise charging £62 for ford focus for 4 days! In future I'm sticking with the big boys, Enterprise is my shepherd, I shall not want . . .

After being unable to hire a van from anywhere in Oxford, due to proof of address requirements, young age, or unavailability, I resorted to Banbury Van & Car Hire as a last-minute hope.

Fortunately they not only squeezed me in to source a van, it was:
- Over £100 cheaper
- Less fussy over proof of address
- No extra charge for young driver
- Larger vehicle (1m longer)
- Wonderful service

We have used Banbury Van and Car Hire at All Right Now Ltd for a number of years. The cars and vans have always been well maintained, the rates are great value for money and the service excellent. I would certainly recommend them.

Make sure you spend plenty of time checking the van for even the very slightest damage before driving it off, or you may well find yourself paying for damage caused by a previous user.
