Today, the Band have been at The Westgate School in Winchester, hosting musical workshops for the students. After a presentation, the Band and students performed a concert for the school’s younger students.
Here they are, performing various songs from the recent film, The Greatest Showman, with everyone singing along!

Yesterday was the Corps of Army Music Winter Golf Day. Musicians from across the Corps gathered at Hampton Court Palace Golf Course and played against each other.
Lance Sergeant John White won the award for Closest to the Pin and was the Overall Winner of the Day and Musician Emma Dann won the award for the Longest Drive. Congratulations to both! 🏌🏼♀️🏌🏼♂️

See the Band of the Welsh Guards in concert on St. David's Day, featuring guest soloist Lucie Jones.
From Leonard Bernstein to Karl Jenkins, this celebration conert features music from popular classics, music from the stage and of course, plenty of Welsh traditional favourites.
... We are very excited to be joined by the award winning West End Musical Theatre Star, Lucie Jones. Lucie has recently starred in Les Miserables, We Will Rock You and Legally Blond, plus appearances on the X Factor Show and the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017!
It will be an evening of traditional and exciting music, all in aid of the Welsh Guards Charity.
Doors open at 1915, with the concert commencing at 1945. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Excellent performance at St Cyres highschool in Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan. My daughter also thoroughly enjoyed the workshops in her school. Loved the percussion instruments and learning. She is very interested in 2018 in auditioning to join.
