Bangkok Orchid

Ordered a delivery at 1940, and was told the expected time would be 2050. At around 2050 they said they were down and would be an additional half hour. Forty minutes later and we couldn't get through to them, straight to answer phone. We get a phone call at around 2200 to let us know they are running late as the road is closed. It's not like they are new to deliveries and its suspicious that they let us know this just before closing time. Lost a customer!

Had the Orchid Banquet. Exceptional food for the price. Maybe the best King Prawn Pad Thai I've ever had. Great service. Lovely atmosphere. Was nothing I didn't like. Highly recommended.

Edit to previous review. We had take away from here last weekend. Having ordered and having had a delivery time confirmed, the delivery time was subsequently pushed out by 45 minutes. Then, the delivery was a further 45 minutes after then. We called to chase and were offered free prawn crackers, I don't deem this acceptable for over 2.5 hour wait. The food was cold and of a poor quality. Will not be returning or ordering from here again. Need to decide what you are and stick to it.

Starters served nice and quick. Well presented and tasted great. Followed by main course of pad thai, red curry and thai salad. All presented well but most importantly tasted great. Empty plates all around. Staff and service was faultless and very friendly. Would recommend a visit.

What a great place, will definitely be back... so much more on the menu to try. Had food envy seeing everybody else's food!😃

Had a great meal here for my mum's birthday. We shared the banquet. Food was out of this world! Was quiet, due to midweek in early Jan, but that's a shame as it's a gem in Hazel Grove.
