Weird customer service. They do not see, don't care, don't respect any customer. It looks like a picnic spot and officers are playing around. I Liked Mr. Rabbi, very dedicated person but Mr. Saiful was terrible. I did not see anybody they feel for us while we r struggling to get the job done. I will never recommend anybody to go there.

Best Service ever. I live currently in Malaysia. I have had some issue with My Bangladesh MRP. After I sent an email to Mr Fazle Rabbi (First Secretary), he quickly responded and also took his personal time to call my Malaysian cell after office hours and explained my request over the phone . It was nice of him to call me. Great Professionalism, Taking Extra Mile to communicate with me. Feel really proud of him. I wish him and his team all the best and great success. I hope some day he will be the High commissioner of Bangladesh High Commission.

They have improved their service a lot. Last time I have visited to get NVR and came back with a better experience. Everything is more organised now.

This is one of the nicest service that I have ever received in my life. I am feeling so much proud to be a Bangladeshi citizen as the High Commission of my country is providing such an outstanding and kind service in UK. People are so much helpful here. I wish its great success.

Brilliant service provided by Bangladeh high commission London. I could not collect my passport on time because of my family issue but they helped me and supported me to get my passport delivered on time. Thanks a lot to Passport and visa department of Bangladeh high commission London. All credit goes to Mr Rabbi who exceptionally been helpful and supportive. Thanks again.

I had the worst experience of my life. The person I was dealing was nice enough. He tried his best for me. First of all they were closed and never updated their website, which said open. They never answers the phone which in the first place might have solved so many issues. On the day, I had to collect my passport I was told it was not ready and I had to wait till 4 o'clock and my flight was at 6pm. So I wondered what kind of inefficient people they employ. Next time I will think twice before going on holiday in your country.

Most probably no one will take any note of what people say or think about BD High commission, however I strongly think we must write to let people know about the situation and experience people are facing. Where to begin firstly you cannot talk to them as they do not answer phone. Staff are very unfriendly bigots, they do not want to help or explain anything to anyone if needed. Services are a mess, confusing with old system in place with little space and overcrowding.

No proper reception to help or guide people at the point of arrival. It is shocking to believe in this day and age a High Commission is run like this in the UK. A piece of our country in the UK, torments Its citizen rather than making their visit pleasant.

No wonder why this place has lots of one star. The member of the staffs need proper training, and the management is responsible for that. Fire the head guy (consular general). These cowboys think they are still in Bangladesh. They need to get rid of their typical Bangladeshi mentality, being on the other side of the desk doesn't mean that you have the authority, your main duty is customer care.

The office rooms are in the basement. There is no lift and the stairs are very steep. Very difficult to get down and climb up for the older and children.
Office rooms are not adequate according to the peoples presence. The painful thing is there is not enough seat to sit. Peoples are queing in front of the counter. The management is a serious problem here, any body can guess it easily. Simple one stop and ticket system can easily help the problem. And they need more chairs for people.
I have found three guys were very helpful and trying to work faster although office environment was not helpful.
The management live in London but the office management organised with Bangladeshi attitude.
