Fantastic place. Great for family's, friends and couples outings. The staff is helpful and friendly. The zoo is clean, interesting and educational. Animals are well looked after. Do not miss the Birds of Prey show.

The main difference with Banham over some other Zoos we've been to is the ample size of the animal enclosures. Plenty of room to wander and hide(!). A good varied selection of species, some you can get quite close. The road train is best used to have an easy ride round and select which areas you may want to check out later. There are a couple of 'watering holes' offering the usual hot and cold. The main restaurant isn't as expensive as you might expect, best to go early as it gets busy. The Birds of prey section is worth a visit, but our highlight was the Animal show where you are entertained by some very amusing creatures and just as amusing host.
Highly recommended.

A great day out. Mid September was a great time to go. Weather just nice enough to walk about and barely anyone around.
Staff where helpful and knowledgeable and I really recommend going to the displays and feeding times to see the animals close up.
Ticket price is expensive but they do donate a lot to animal charities to support endangered species.

We took a family trip to Banham Zoo and absolutely loved it. It was a very hot day, so some of the bigger animals (especially the big cats) were difficult to see as they had found some shade to snooze in, but it was still a great day out. My son enjoyed seeing the animals and we found it to be very buggy-friendly. Food is quite average, but it was good enough for lunch and then to continue round.

Absolutely love coming here with our daughter, so much to see and do. The animals are really well cared for and the zoo is spotlessly clean with lots of toilets dotted around the park. The food looks very good and there are various food available hot or cold. The play areas are great for big and little kids. The safari train is for great for sightseeing around the zoo. Everthing is clearly sign posted and you can feed the giraffes for a reasonable fee.

Had a wonderful day out at Banham zoo, the girlfriend really enjoyed being able to pet the goats, it was her personal highlight.

We happened to go on a snowy/rainy day and still had a wicked time, we are planning to go back when the weather improves and the sea lions have made there way there.

Great fun for all the family and plenty of well looked after animals.

Also if you collect all the stamps you can win a medal, good fun for the children / big kids. We got ourselves a penguin medal.

Wonderful zoo and the animals and their enclosures look very well cared for. So many different things to do and see. Fun for all ages.

Really impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the park. Not overcrowded and the enclosures seemed sizable for the animals. Great food served in the restaurants. I prefer this park to another zoo in East Anglia, by far. Well worth the visit

Banham Zoo is quite modest in size but still packs a good range of animals to see. The real treat for me was to be able to feed the giraffes! My favourite animal!

The grounds and more importantly the animals, seem well cared for, on the three to four times I have visited I have never witnessed anything of concern.

There are some good interactive and educational activities and enough to see and do for an afternoon.
