Venue was clean and tidy staff friendly drinks prices quite high though

Very friendly staff. Nice big spacious room. Paid for breakfast which handily for me started at 7. Good choice. Lots of staff to help. Would stay again.

Spent time in Spa ,staff wonderful and friendly very helpful then spent night in hotel it was great ..bed comfy room very clean ..meal scrumptious!!! had a wonderful experience xxx

The food, accommodation were OK and staff were very polite... when you could find anyone! But then usually didn't know the answer to our query or gave an incorrect answer.
The whole place is seriously understaffed.
Never more noticeably so than when the fire alarm was activated. We abandoned our room and headed for the fire exit. There was no sign of any evacuation procedure swinging into action indeed there didn't seem to be a plan at all, let alone any staff to implement it.
Eventually (approx. 10 mins) the alarm stopped. However there was no subsequent announcement or staff touring the premises to reassure guests.
This theme of no staff continued throughout our 4 day stay.
Including no one behind the Bar for lengthy periods, similarly the few Restaurant staff were absent for most of the evening. Even to the point of failing to provide the bill for 20 mins.
For which I must admit we received a fulsome apology and the bottle of wine was taken off the bill.
All in all we had a pleasant stay, but it could have been so much better.

Lovely hotel with great staff who are friendly and welcoming. My room was comfy and clean with complementary biscuits, tea, coffee etc. The restaurant was great with some really good options to choose and all were very tasty. There is a small gym to use during your stay plus a pool. The Spa is also available. Highly recommended.

Excellent all round, clean and modern rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Really nice hotel, lovely spa, clean and tidy. Sadly the room I was in, I had bad phone signal lol so could not keep up to date on social media, so I just headed to the bar!!!

Great facilities and staff. Rooms are large and modern with everything you could expect. Great pool/spa/gym and great food. Only criticism is the poor wifi but great hotel for work or leisure.
