Bankside Gallery

Art gallery on the south bank of The Thames. Take less than an hour to visit.

We spent a lovely afternoon looking around the gallery. Excellent selection of artwork and very friendly staff. Must comment on the toilet facilities - whoever cleans and maintains them takes great pride - well done & thank you.

Not bad. Where did they get the name 'bankside', that's what I want to know

Small gallery promoting new artists. Admission is free so pop in on the way to Tate Modern.

A small gallery close to the Tate Modern which sells contemporary art in themed collections at reasonable prices. Fun to pop into from time to time and take a look at what's hanging.
