Most of the treadmills and machines are malfunctioning . Otherwise everything else is fine and staff are excellent. Still good gym if they repair the machines.

Its ok, they need to make some minor improvements. also shower gels should be included in the showers and towels should be a better price

For the monthly price: you get what you pay for. Could do with some renovation and investment (outside of the gym). Repairs can be slow and plumbing needs attention. Shower next to saunas never reached a properly cold temperature and it's always 'going to be mentioned next time someone's in (seems no one has been in for two years). Pool ok but water a bit murky. I'd pay more for more care of the place. The yoga teachers are all amazing. They are the reason I stay.

Current member here. Wish I wasn't! The gym is far too hot with broken Air Con or they don't turn it on to save money.

Changing rooms are filthy and have a really disgusting smell. The whole place is dated and in need of desperate renovation.

The staff look like they want to kill themselves and you never see anyone cleaning or doing anything productive.

Will be cancelling my membership at first opportunity.

Great gym, it's got basically everything but the gym part gets too hot at times. I sweat buckets in here...

The place is too populated , showers are disgusting! people shave in them , hair dryers are used to dry other parts of the body? Staff are friendly expect the manager who is extremely rude , very dated inside and out, for £35 it isn't worth it - Pure gym all the way more space and better equipment.

Great gym with a vast choice of equipment, swimming pool and sauna. Could do with some improvements in changing rooms

Very bad service , lack of respect for costumers , poor hygiene everywhere including the spa service , horrible receptionist , it's a shame the only bannatyne in Leicester sush a wast. Leicester health and safety environment need to pay them a surprise visit.

Good facilities and a 22 metre swimming indoor pool

Location is main plus. Mostly nice staff but inadequate cover in gym and none poolside.
Big negatives: Dirty cold changing rooms
XS chemicals in pool and jacuzzis.
Hopeless maintenance. It takes weeks to fix anything.
