Excellent facilities for anyone wishing to get back to being fit and healthy.

Broadstairs is an awful place to become a member. Be careful if u are thinking of joining and want to suspend your membership, for personal reasons, they will swear up and down u didn't follow their protocol. If u do suspend it, be sure and check you bank account to make sure the money doesn't go out while the suspension is operational. If it does you will have be stuffed, as they will not refund. They make a point of telling you when you join, you can suspend your membership easily at any time. WHich I did then noticed monies had been taken out of my account for the 3 months I suspended. When I went in to question this, I was met with hostility and a manager who informed me I didn't follow their protocol ie not only to inform them on the phone, but to write in via email and complete a form. I was never informed on the phone when I had to suspend my membership on doctors orders, that I had to do that! Obviously it stands to reason if I had been told to do this, I would have! I am a retiree on DLA and disabled and this manager would not budge, only to say his staff member would have told me to email and fill out a form. I politely asked "what happened to the customer is always right". Seems at Bannantynes the staff are always right.Very unscrupulous company. I think Mr B is in financial trouble and the message to all staff is claw back as much money as you can. I would never recommend this leisure centre to anyone I liked! Best off going to Hartsdown, lovely centre and really really nice staff. One final point re Broadstairs, the entire building needs upgrading, it's very lack lustre and run down. The prices they charge for membership should cover an upgrade. I also contacted a toe nail infection from the awful showers!

Great day out . Fantastic treatment and relaxation room with stone beds is amazing. Out door pool is lovely in good weather . Large open plan changing area use of hairdryers with seated mirror area.

Appalling customer service! Attempted to purchase a gift voucher for a friends birthday and received extremely poor customer service from not getting call backs to untrained staff. I would personally avoid if you are looking for a relaxing experience!

Very helpful staff who are friendly and approachable. Perfect environment for a relaxing treatment. It helps you to unwind and de-stress. You can shower and change in private which is very comforting and the facilities are clean and tidy.

Great facilities. Nice staff. Good choice of activities. Would be very happy if you use it enough.

Plenty of varied gym equipment,gym big enough so when busy still able to do a workout without having to wait around.two good swimming pools ,steamroom and sauna.

Good selection of facilities. Outside swimming pool. I think one could do a lot better with their money as it feels like a public sports centre and not a private health centre.

The staff are really good people. The gym has the latest equipment. There is a heated outdoor pool. The changing rooms are really clean.
