Went to a Christmas Party/ menu. Fabulous food and then dancing until 1am. Gem of a place!
We went for Mother’s Day, the food was delicious, fresh and tasty. The waiters and waitresses were attentive. Had a fabulous dinner would definitely recommend the restaurant.
Three of us had a wonderful evening at Bar Meze Thursday evening. It's been a long time since I've eaten here, but I'm not sure why. An excellent menu to choose from and the food is delicious! We shared 3 starters, hummus, taramasalata and halloumi, with pitta, all good! My kleftiko was delicious and cooked to perfection, not small, so I took half of it home! My sister loved her lamb souvlaki, and my niece her charcoal cooked chicken tikka! No room for dessert! It was full and had a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and super efficient! Nice wine too! Very impressed.
This restaurant is amazing. Faoud, the proprietor makes the experience beyond the 5 stars... the variety and flavors of the Mediterranean style dishes are mind blowing. The service equally impressive. Don’t miss the Haloumi Chips. If you are in St. Albans, just go.
Thanks to all the lovely staff - I’m vegan and nothing was too much trouble, wasn’t made to feel like the odd one out!! Chef made me a special vegan meal, bloody delicious! Will definitely visit again. Thanks guys!!
Loved the service and food in this restaurant. We were staying close by and after a long day of sight seeing and a trip to Wimbledon, had a wonderful meal and a very competitively priced dinner. Two courses was served...pardon the pun � and we all agreed we would return soon.

I wasn't looking forward to this meal as I previously never liked Greek food. Well I must say I take it all back ! The food was out of this world, the service fabulous. So buzzy and the Manager had the perfect personality and help me decide. Well done, I will most certainly be back again :)
I have been to bar meze a couple of times and the staff are always so welcoming and very helpful with food suggestions. The food is always fresh and delicious. I really recommend this restaurant
I couldn't recommend Bar Meze highly enough. We took a team of 22 for our office Christmas lunch and Bar Meze did not disappoint. I can categorically say, best Christmas do to date! The staff were friendly, professional and attentive, the food was devine and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Everyone had a really great time and all dietary needs were catered for without any problem. Thank you to Fouad and his team for a truely superb experience.
Great service from the time we arrived - very friendly without being OTT. Food was delicious; almost ate too much starter as I was pretty full by the time the main arrived - but I did valiantly and it was well worth it. Enjoyed every minute and would definitely recommend :-)

18 school mums came to Bar Meze last night for an early Christmas night out.
We all had a great time and everyone said the food was delicious. The vegetarians were particularly well catered for too.
Fantastic value for money and an all round fab party atmosphere with some music and dancing at the end of the night.

I went to Bar Meze on Saturday for the first time. The table was booked at 8:30pm but we called to let them know we were running 15 minutes late. When we got there the restaurant was packed and two girls were standing in front of us waiting for their table. More people came queuing behind us. We finally got to sit down at 9:30, one hours later then our booking time. However the good came out quite quickly and it was delicious. We had grilled fish which was very tasty and fresh! Overall I'm giving 4 stars as the waiting time was ridiculous but the good was delicious �
