Great customer service.

Do not visit this branch if in a wheelchair. Everyone parks into the kerb over the blue badge spaces and makes the safe drop kerb impossible to access. I had to roll into oncoming traffic to access the pavement. When bringing it to the branch manager's attention I was told it wasn't her problem.

You can park right outside to access the cash machine, handy!

Easy access, plenty of cashpoints, friendly and helpful staff

Good location, you don't have to go into the city centre anymore.

Awful bank queuing up for half hour with only one person on till, whilst two keep asking the line if they need help, would help if they where behind the counter serving people!!!! Same thing most days

Modern stylish layout, helpful staff and relatively short waiting times being a little outside of the centre of the city.
