Always had polite and helpful treatment from the staff here, and they've gone out of their way to deliver genuinely personalised service. Worlds ahead of other banks I have dealt with. Thank you!

Now the only Barclays in Scarborough, smack bang in the middle of the town. Impractical to get to and use, as a self employed business owner. In the summer months getting to and from the bank can be a 1 hour round trip. When they had the bank's at Falsgrave and Scalby Road it was so much easier to get to and a lot less time taken up finding parking spaces and stuck in traffic.
