Nice like local bank.

"Warning"Don't trust these people the assistant bank manager couldn't even regonise an fraudulent text message or phone number, had an text message to say bank card had been used so we went into bank to check if was a genuine text the manager openly said oh yes that's from barclays....was it hell !!!!

Ironically they can find a staff to persuade customers to use automated machines but anything to do other than dealing with the cashier needs to have appointment booked months if not weeks in advance, else pay tiresome visit to town centre branch. The building needs renovation.

Very annoyed, I am a business & personal account holder & I tried to enter the bank at 4.31pm & a very rude member of staff at the door refused to let me enter. I had my paying in slips all ready made out & all I wanted to do was quickly use the self service machines as I tried to explain to this member of staff. The bank was clearly going to remain open for some time as I could see a very large que of people waitingredients for the counter staff. Very disappointed that this staff member could not let me very quickly pay in my cheques. Terrible customer service, perhaps giving your customers a little slack now & again when what was a very simple request.

Very fast and friendly service I ever get. Keep it up
