Barclays Bank

I went to the bank at Bristol road staff treated me like dirt as I used the customer till. They demanded I use the computer I told them i couldnt. The staff argued with me and were hateful to me. The staff were young scruffy they dont like old people with special needs that need extra help. I triwd to compkai. To head office to no avail its a very bad branch.

Third world bank, unless it really is just this branch. Do yourselves a favour and close your account. The staff and bank here are useless money grabbing people who love to make your life a nightmare. Ever heard of a bank who can not tell you balance on one of your accounts and you have to call. And then another time they can?

Two member of the staff were absolutely helpless and disrespectful.

They had no idea or whatsoever how to treat a customer.

For a really simple Bank statement they made me come back 2 hours later after asking a lot as they had asked me first to come back 4 hours later.

I had never seen such a attitude at any other branches or banks.
