Wow the food and the service here is fantastic! I would recommend that you visit here the Sunday roast and the brunch on toast are gorgeous and the portions are massive, nothing is too much trouble for the guys!

We can definitely recommend the new Sunday Roast, the food was delicious and if we wanted more vegetables etc told to just to ask. The normal menu was also available for those not wanting a roast, so plenty of choices on offer.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and very attentive throughout our whole meal.

My 18 month old Grandson enjoyed the whole experience, definitely a family atmosphere.

Thank you for a wonderful day and will definitely be returning in the near future ���.

This Sunday we arrived at Bardolino's without booking a table, the staff as per usual are were accommodating & welcoming and we were shown to our table promptly, given that Marco was at the restaurant himself is always a great sign and testament to the team.



We opted for the new Sunday roast, Beef & Horseradish, accompanied by unlimited sides of vegetables and potatoes & Yorkshire puddings, which was presented very well and tasted fantastic.



Coffee was also fantastic!



Bardolino's will be the first place we think about when heading out on a Sunday for Roast!

Staff were great to me and my family (esp my 2yr Old) they gave her a baby chino.

I’ve been to Bardolino’s many times and think the food is great and well priced.

I’m always welcomed by the friendly staff.

The coffee is excellent and I think the best in town, I have a takeaway one most mornings on the way to work.

I’m very pleased they do gluten free pizzas and pasta due to half of my family not being able to tolerate it.

I visited on Saturday afternoon (17th March) for a friends birthday, we were welcomed by friendly staff and a tasty cocktail menu. Food was delicious, we tried a selection of sides, pizza, pasta and puds. There was a lovely atmosphere so we ended up staying a long time without any pressure for us to leave. Will definitely be back! �

Had a great Sunday Roast today. They just introduced it today. I’ve been here before and had the Italian menu. Great that the menu caters for most dishes. They have steak on the menu as well. Already booked for next week.

Great food. The welcome could of been friendlier as I had to stand in reception with my wife whilst the staff on the front desk finished their conversation (maybe acknowledge the customer instead of ignoring them)



This was all forgotten as the owner (Mani) went out of his way to thank us for our business and ensured everything was to our liking.

Fantastic afternoon tea, fab service, easy booking a great food. Staff were great and very helpful, website booking easy with no fuss. Food choices were great. Sweet potato fries, Parma ham and avocado start we’re great and puddings were perfect. Lovely venue and atmosphere thanks everyone!

Amazing food and the staff are attentive. Friendly warm atmosphere and reasonably priced too. Loved it!

Called in to see if there was a table free as we had not booked as were visiting Swindon for the weekend. We managed to get a table and ordered our food. We both had the chicken with mushrooms and macaroni and a side salad, the meal was delicious.

The only complaint I had was that when we were asked if we would like some water I assumed it was tap water as we had ordered drinks already. The waiter then arrived with a litre bottle of mineral water which he opened and poured before I could say anything. I feel we should have been told he was talking about mineral water as we would not have had it, especially as it was £4 for the bottle.

I had great expectations for this restaurant, none of which were met unfortunately. I'm a total foodie, so I was dying to try the place out. I ordered the jumbo shrimp with Bearnaise sauce as my main, rather than the standard pizza or pasta dish. What arrived was a starter portion of five butterflied shrimp, swimming in too much beurre blanc and 6 pieces of asparagus. For £10.95, even taking into account the cost of seafood this was a seriously un-substantial and average dish. My friends both had pizza and kindly gave me a slice each, but we all agreed it was fairly average pizza too; too much sauce, too much rocket and just a few shavings of parmigiana as the only cheese! I feel like there could have been so much more 'wow' factor about the food, considering the name associated with the place. Also, please don't let waiting staff serve food with chipped nail polish and pen on their hands! So disappointing.

Staff where good! Okay for afternoon tea. However, if your “Gluten Free” be careful! I’m not sure they understand “Cross Contamination”

High class restaurants should have better tasting food when people have allergies or when we email “Decline” our business!



There better local places that are more considerate and the food a lot better!



Sorry disappointing.....

Food ok, but the service is absolutely appalling. Waitresses while friendly and nice, clearly did not actually listen to what we ordered. One came back to check the order (fair enough I can let that go as I'd prefer it to be right) but then my order arrived completely wrong anyway (received pasta instead of pizza!). The food took an hour to arrive (which the nice manager warned us about due to a large group, but that doesn't excuse the poor service too!) And then we were sat there with empty glasses from when our food eventually arrived, and unable to see anyone to get their attention. I finally got a refill drink when the table was cleared afterwards, approx an hour without refreshment!

No apologies at the end, no discount or complimentary anything. I do not expect to have to need to ask when it was clear that so many mistakes had been made.

Would not recommend or go back there.

I was very disappointed with the service my party recieved at the restaurant. Even though we had pre-ordered our meals mine and a friends didn’t arrive with the others. We were left waiting for out dinner whilst everyone else ate. Staff were actually quite rude to us. Would never return for another meal.
