My approach to healthy eating is not about depriving you of your favourite food but incorporating them into a balanced and nutritious healthy meal plan.
We dread the thought of starting diets because they often forbid us from enjoying the foods we love, this is a significant factor in why so many diets ultimately fail.


Eating healthy doesn't have to mean an end to the enjoyment of food, providing most of what you eat most of the time is healthy, balanced and nutritious.

I am an online nutrition consultant who is a member of the Nutrition Society and can provide advice and consultation by phone or email on how to eat healthy and develop an active lifestyle.
