The shop has almost only defective shoes and compared to the rest of the shoe makers in the area the quality is really not great. The staff was also not very nice and the selection of sizes was rather disappointing. This was easily the worst shop out of the 4 we visited although if you are lucky you could get a reasonable pair of shoes

Good price but limited in range on special also did not messure foot width

The selection of shoe was terrific. To make it better still, there are choices of width too. Beautiful shoes at excellent prices. That is for the ladies too. I cannot praise the staff high enough. Knowledge and charming made buying too easy.

One could complain that choice is limited, but this is an outlet shop! Staff are friendly and are willing to look for shoes for you if you phone ahead.

A great place to pick up a bargain on excellent English shoes.

Went with no expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. There was a great selection of shoes set out in sizes and widths. There was a section for slight imperfections and another for discontinued stock. The staff were fantastic, especially a young lady who couldn't do enough to help, she went out to the stock room to check for other styles and sizes. Have to say this same young lady opened a packet of biscuits for my 2 year old daughter who was becoming a little restless. Bought a pair of shoes and will certainly be returning to buy more. Great value. Thank you.

Factory shop well laid out .staff very helpful . Every time I go there I purchase at least two pairs. My son and myself went there last Saturday he is 30 years old he purchased two pairs and he loves them.

Great shoes. Shame about the staff, four of whom were stood together as we walked in and stared silently at us with expressionless and unwelcoming looks on their faces. A couple of them took a clear dislike to my two year old for no apparent reason (he didn't touch or damage anything) and they were generally unfriendly and obnoxious during our time in the shop. The result being that I left buying just one pair of shoes out of protest whereas my intention had been to buy at least two (if I didn't need a new pair so urgently I wouldn't have bought any at all). Shame because I love the shoes, they're the best in the market in my view.

Really friendly and helpful staff but also the Quality Of the shoes are the best.
