I get a taxi to the train station most days, always on time and get me to my destination, and although I have had a few drivers who were arrogant, the driver I got today was lovely, he was chatty and clearly has a sense of humour. Should be more drivers like him. Hope he gets some praise. �

Your driver had the nerve to pull out in front of my car when I had no where else to go...to make it worse he stuck his middle finger up at my 9 year old son in the back! The driver was arrogant and obviously couldn't care less about the emotional impact it had on a young child....disgusting!!!!

They always dont have change and promise to bring change at home adress... still waiting for a change.🤣😡

Reckless driving: the driver of vehicle number 102847 overtook me at 12.31 p.m. today in a reckless/dangerous way, likely to cause injury. n the corner of Valley Road in Bradford, near the entrance to Tesco's. I was riding a pedal cycle coming along Valley Road from the city centre and turning left to continue on Valley Road, heading towards Queens Road. The driver overtook me at speed then cut in as I rounded the corner, causing me to swerve towards the kerb. He then turned immediately right into Tesco's car park, still at speed.

Just witnessed a taxi driver from your company trying to drag a elderly lady out of her car disgusting behaviour to watch. Not a firm I would ever recommend and I'll be quite active in persuading others not to use it too

I will never use these taxis again. I'll make it simple I had to at 3.30 last night take a 10 year old boy home. Now I had money in my bank. But it was playing up. We went to 2 cash machines. Now after the second cash machine at the petrel station at the bottom of leeds road didn't work either. He refused to take us. I even offered to if the bank wasn't working in wibsey to give I'm my bank card. But he wasn't having none of it. So at half 3. I had to walk in to town with a young boy. And got a taxi from town with im. If it was just me I wouldn't be bothered. But to have a 10 year old walking the streets at that time was a #@#@ing joke. Recommended don't use.

Got a taxi from these lot on Thursday lunch time. To go from Bradford college automotive site on bowling back lane to ukfc on Leeds road and back to bowling back lane. We normally use leap with the same waiting time at ukfc. Baring in mind we had ordered the food before we got into to taxi. They said it would take 2 mins to make food. So as soon as the driver pulled up he started shouting at me and my friends about making him wait even though he didn't come to the front entrance of the college. We then went to ukfc. It took us less then 5 mins to get in and out of ukfc. The driver started to shout and swear. Saying he would charge us £2 for the waiting time. When we arrived at bowling back lane. He then claimed that the fare was £7. Which is ridiculous. As we pay a maximum of £3 with leap taxis. He then rang the office to see how much was the correct fair which then an operator told him to charge £8. I then contacted one of the barkerend workers. Who is also the son of the owner but still has not been resolved. USE LEAP TAXIS FOR CLEANER AND MORE RESPECTFUL DRIVERS.
