Before and after of little Smudge. Hand scissored by Amy who had her work cut out blending in the holes in his coat. 😁 but what a lovely little lad he is. And thoroughly enjoyed his cuddles and play session afterwards.

Can anyone offer poor Max a loving home? This poor boy is in kennels in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, all alone at the grand old age of 11. Even though the kennel staff are looking after him really well and he has 2 warm coats on it is no substitute for a loving home. He is a lovely little lad, fantastic on the lead fine with most dogs but needs someone around most of the day as he can get upset when left alone too long. He would be a fantastic companion for a retired couple who are still able to have a couple of steady walks a day. If you can help even just by sharing we would be so grateful. This tiny little old man is depressed in kennels and it is so heart breaking to see. 😪 Go to www.badaw.org for further info.

China is another heartbreakingly lovely oldie currently in rescue kennels and in need of a loving home. She is such a sweet gentle girl and deserves a warm home and the love of a family around her at her time of life, not to be abandoned as she has been, no doubt to make way for a new pup 😪 She is only tiny and is no trouble. What a fantastic they have done with my Border Collies Oscar & Lilah they look and smell lovely. They were both quite nervous about being left especially Oscar but they were so reassuring and made the fuss they needed to help them relax - Thank you.

My willow enjoyed her 1st visit to Barkers on Tuesday! Seemed a bit nervous when we 1st arrived but waa bouncing about all excited when i picked her up. She looked and smelt amazing will definatley be going again :) thank you xx

My Labrador had his first visit today. Done an amazing job, he looks so much better and smells lovely. The blue bow on his lead was also a lovely little finishing touch � will definitely be booking bobby in again! Thank you x

Hector went for his first groom after a bed experience today the girls were amazing he was there all day and they were so patient with him he's old English x Newfoundland so takes a long time to groom he looked lovely and made some new friends thank you girls xx
