Explained precisely how I wanted my fox terrier to be groomed ahead of the appointment and when I took him in, complete with photographs.. Explicitly stated for Freddy to be groomed to the breed which was acknowledged and confirmed.
Two hours later I collect him.. no sign of groomer and he has been shampooed and cut the same length all over.. for which I was charged £49. No explanation. No apology.
No repeat business from me for sure... unprofessional overpriced and incompetent.
No wonder this place is always empty.. !

Best dog shop I have been too.

Lovely shop but do not use spa & groomers service - they cut my dog and he became infected. No apology given. Extremely disappointed with Barkers.

Really great grooming for all our dogs. Anna and her team do a fabulous job on our 3 who are all so different. Couldn't be more pleased! Excellent range of stock in the shop too, with lovely, helpful service.

Great shop. Lovely people. Slightly expensive.
