To say we we're nervous about leaving our fur babies for the first time would be an understatement but we honestly couldn't have made a better choice! Sharon has been an absolute star, right from the first meeting! Both Mads and Buster have been treat like her own, in all honesty Sharon deserves a medal.... Buster can be a handful to say the least! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her services, we'll definately be back in future (providing she'l have us). Thanks again Sharon, paws and wet noses Mads & Buster xx

Sharon kindly looked after our 2 cats whilst we went on holiday, providing the attention they both like/need. It was a great feeling knowing they were being looked after in their own home rather than in the cattery. Will definately ask her to cat sit again!

Our two dogs have just come back from barking bonkers and they've loved it. It was like home from home for them and Sharon looks after them brilliantly and gives them lots of love and attention! They will be back for there second visit in November! X

Just picked cookie up from Barking Bonkers, I honestly can't express how grateful I am to Sharon, Iv only ever left Cookie once before so couldn't help but worry but there was no need at all. cookie has had the best time and didn't want to come home. I would recommend Sharon to anyone and will defiantly use Barking Bonkers again. Big thumbs up and a massive thanks to Sharon from me and Cookie x

Just picked Buddy and Scooby up after their 9 days with Sharon and couldn't be happier. They have been spoilt rotten, don't think they actually wanted to come home. Already booked back in for later in the year

It was the first time I have left my little Pomeranian Lola and I was very nervous. Sharon was absolutely fantastic, texting and posting videos and photos daily. Lola settled quickly and had a brilliant holiday at Barking Bonkers. She will definitely be returning next year. Thankyou Sharon for looking after her so well.

It was our first time using Sharon's services, but definitely not our last. Pippa had a fab stay with lots of walks and cuddles. Far prefer the home environment offered as it suits our dog better than a more traditional kennels. Thanks for the excellent care and regular photos on facebook while we were away!

I would recommend Barking Bonkers, Sharon highly. She LOVES dogs and really understands how they all tick. When my Eddie has stays with Sharon for a few days, he always comes back much calmer! He’s a crazy cocker spaniel, so that’s really an amazing feat lol She is very professional and Eddie is always looked after very well. Excellent service, thank you Sharon ���

I would love to thank Sharon for looking after my pippa-t while I've been away on holiday. She has kept me posted with pictures regularly ,so I new she was happy which made me settled too. She is a genuine person who dotes on animals with a lot of love and care. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for somewhere for there animals to stay while they go away. I have rebooked mine in again for my next holiday as she is so good. Again thank you Sharon , your the best, see you soon xx

I give Sharon from barking Bonkers 5 stars because she is brilliant with animals and her house is all geared up for them too. My dog sparkle had her first stay away from home at barking Bonkers and I can honestly say I had total peace of mind knowing Sharon was looking after her. I couldn't thank you enough Sharon for all you did. Rupert our 2 year old poodle stayed with Sharon "Barking Bonkers" for 25 days, in which daily updates (photos and videos) were posted so we can see our little boy. I will highly recommended Barking Bonkers if you want your furry ones to feel at home even when away from home.

I can't thank Sharon enough miley stopped at barking bonkers for 9 days she treats all dog as her own ,loved the constant videos and pictures made me feel at ease . Would not leave miley with anybody else and have already booked her in for 12 days next year thank u so much for everything u really are brilliant and what u do , every dog is lucky to have such a caring lovely lady who goes out of her way looking after them . Highly recommend Barking Bonkers - our 3 dogs have just stayed and it's been a home from home for them. Great outdoor space and plenty of love and cuddles. Kept informed with text and pic updates too - couldn't have asked for more - thank you

Having not left our dog with anyone other than family and friends before I was nervous at the prospect of finding a dog sitter. Barking Bonkers was recommended and we went for a visit to meet Sharon before booking in our terrier Bauer for an overnight stay. He had a great time and I loved that Sharon posted pictures on the page so I could see he was enjoying himself. Highly recommended - already have another booking! Thank you Sharon

First time leaving Woody so was a little worried, but knew he would be well looked after by Sharon as my first impression was that she is a lovely lady & truly cares about the dogs & I was proved right. Loved seeing the updates on their walks, friendships made & cuddles. I could see he was enjoying himself & was worried more for him coming home being an only dog. Can't thank Sharon enough for taking care of Woody and for having such patience with him is as it seems he was a bit of monkey for her which I apologise for again! Would define recommend Sharon to anyone xx

Cant recommend Sharon enough. left our Old thyme english bulldog for 10 nights while away and was happy to be kept updated on her adventures of her own with her new friends on facebook. thankyou Sharon and she will be back as soon as we can get away again ���

Big thanks to Sharon for making Lola's holiday away from home. She loved making new friends and been pampered with lots of walks and playtime. What was good for us is that we could see Lola having a fab time while we were away with all her photo's that were put on here. Thanks again Sharon and Lola will see you again in a couple weeks.

Bella my vizla stopped for long weekend I was a bit worried that Bella wouldn't settle but Sharon posted photos on Facebook and put my mind at ease I could tell Bella was happy so I was happy would definitely leave Bella again 10 out of 10

A call sharon the true lady dog whisperer

I got her number from a friend and she says she is wonderful you must try her.

I've always left my weimaraner Hector with my dad so Hector has never had a slept over at any one's house as my dad stayed at my house . My dad has become very ill and needs a back operation . I also have a daughter that lives with me and she also looks after Hector.

Then there was a family wedding and I had no one to look after Hector as we were all going to the wedding.

My friend suggested Sharon I was very nervous of leaving Hector with anyone I didn't know at all.

So i phoned Sharon to arrange a visit to my surprise she had 3 weimaraner's herself and knows about the crazy breed, I was so happy.

I went to visit her she put myself at ease, Hector settled in straight away with the other 3 dogs playing with them whilst I talked to Sharon.

I booked for Hector to go for a stay over on 29th July. On the day of his sleep over Hector cried when we turned on to Sharon street he couldn't wait to get out of the car to see Sharon ( he has only been once to visit her ) she also had another dog there Carter he was a dream so good and Hector got on with him straight away.

I think it was myself and my family that was nervous but Sharon put lots of photos on and video's of Hector was having a great time.

I went to pick Hector up at 2pm the next day he was so happy to see me but he was so shattered he was falling to sleep standing up.Sharon had took Hector and Carter to Langsett for a good walk and a swim Sunday morning and to a cafe.

Sharon had told me he was barking as he kept hearing people walk past her house very late at night as we live quite rural it's so quite so any noisy he became a guard dog so Sharon being Sharon took him up stairs and he slept with her.

Clever dog his mission worked.

Sharon is such a lovely person inside and out I warmed to her straight away and so did Hector.

I've booked again for 6days for Hector as my dad is still ill and my daughter is off to see her brother in Canada so myself and my husband are going away as well , happy knowing our little boy is safe and sound.
