At Barkleys we take into account that dog’s physical wellbeing is most certainly a very important reason why we take all our doggies for lengthly walks. Daily exercise helps dogs to maintain healthy lungs, strong muscles, and overall fitness. Along with staying physically and mentally fit also. We are proud that we include walking services within all our care packages. 🐶🐶

What a lovely place for doggies to have some fun! My Max, a 14 year old Springer Cross, is very slow now but he enjoyed some fuss, meeting other doggies and all the lovely beds :) x

Toby and Zena came back from their first visit to Barkleys tired and very happy. Thank you to all the staff there for their care of them. Zena is normally worried about me leaving her, but settled very well with lots o fuss. Have booked to go back next week.

The opening day was busy and the staff were absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. The unit was great, the rooms were full equipped for small and large dogs and separate rooms for any dogs that were nervous about being around new dogs. Refreshments were great too! Defiantly the best doggy day care around!! Thank you for a lovely day Barkleys!!!! ��

Staff are very friendly and put both dogs and their owners at ease. A lovely large area that dogs can relax and play or a smaller room for any nervous dogs. Would highly recommend

Sadie loves her weekly session to Barkley’s. She always jumps out the car to get straight in there without so much as a ‘see ya later’ to me! She cannot wait to go and play with her mates.

Reggie had a great day at Barkleys today. He’s now fast asleep in his bed after having so much fun �

Really accommodating! Planned on taking my girls out for the day and needed someone to look after Freddie. He had a great time will be using you again! 💕

My Bruce dog had had the BEST WEEK EVER! Everyone is genuinely in love with the dogs and he has been so worn out! He has made loads of friends and the video updates are fab! I thoroughly enjoyed seeing my fur baby having the most amount of fun.. will def be booking in again

My 2 year old black lab loves it here he goes once a week for a full day session and comes home and sleeps the rest of the day. Highly recommend for doggy day care

Monty always goes in wagging his tail and comes out the same . He is always tired and worn out when he comes home. He seems to be really happy here. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Megan had her first day today and she loved it. There is so much space for them to run and play and lots of different areas. The staff are lovely and are clearly genuine dog lovers.

I could not recomend Barkleys enough. Freddie absolutely loves it there. When I drop him off he is so excited, and I feel confident he is being left with people that equally love and care for dogs.

Barkleys have taken time to answer any questions I've had and give me feedback every time he visits them. They have taken time to know Freddie, which is important when you are leaving your pup with someone.

I always pick up a happy and tired pup. And the best bit... their wonderful video montages! I can actually see how much fun my dog and all the other dogs are having.

Fantastic place for dogs to have fun and enjoy themselves the owner has a dog of their own and just has a natural instinct when it comes to caring for animals

Deserves a good review. Brought two Dogs who suffer from separation anxiety disorder. Both owners are absolutely amazing and as is the staff coco who doesn’t get on with dogs very much has settled in amazingly well because of how the staff approach the introduction. Dog is now attached to one of the staff. They listen to your needs and really work with the dogs at there own pace. Will continue to use this service as on the 3rd day I say to my dog we are going Barkleys he gets excited.

Called last minute looking for day care, fantastic staff happily rang me back within 5 minutes offering me to take pup down. Got back 8 ISH hours later pup was happy and contented. Will definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks ladies �xx

Really disappointed...went for the tour, large room for big dogs, medium for medium, small for small dog... great. We have a big 11 month (Northern Inuit). Went for a socialisation visit, well 2 as first time there were no dogs, all good. First afternoon today and on pick up my daughter was told they are unable to accommodate him in the future. His not badly behaved or aggressive, his a playful puppy, their words. He was playing with the smaller dogs and the workers there were scared he would hurt a little dog (he was playing, his a puppy), so by the sound of it and from what my daughter said, he spent the afternoon on his own, in a pen - would rather had a call to pick him up. Surely as stated on the tour he should of been in the large room with the LARGE dogs!?

Only not give 1 star as there was a mix up with payment and they would of had him tomorrow as it was short notice to sort something else - needless to say he wont be going back and we will NOT recommend... so disappointed as had hope to use Barkley's a lot in the future.
