The Surgery opened in 2004 to meet the needs of a growing community within the Kensington & Chelsea, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Brent & Harrow area.

Originally Barlby Surgery was called Barlby Road Surgery and was located on Barlby Road. We moved to new the new location on 21. 06. 2010. Closest tube: Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith & City): 10 minute walk Bus coming up Ladbroke Grove: no. 7(will drop you on St Marks Rd opposite St Charles Hospital) & 70 (will drop you on Barlby Rd).

By Car
Best to approach via Wandsworth Bridge, Chelsea, Earls Court, Thames Water Tower and then A40 slip road onto Wood Lane.
Once on Wood Lane, turn right onto North Pole Road, which then becomes Barlby Road. You can get to us from Exmoor Street side or from St Marks Rd – main entry to St Charles Hospital.
Barlby Surgery is located in the new part of St Charles Hospital on the 1st floor. If you not sure how to find us – ask on main reception at St Charles Hospital.
