awesome pub, brilliant beer, great food. Highly recommended.

Really good little city pub, slightly off the beaten track, with a great selection of beers. Really enjoyed the milk stout. Slightly liquoricey and not too bitter. Ideal lunchtime fare.

Great atmosphere, cracking ale, staff excellent superb food. I wish I could afford to drink there more often.(my lack of funds!)

Fantastic range of real ales on hand pull and tap,would recommend the mushroom and gruyère cheese burger not a vegaterian myself but delicious, staff very friendly
