Was lovely in their yesterday and happy Christmas to Michael & Sinead
Would like to thank Sinead and all her staff for an amazing day yesterday. My niece/goddaughter held her wedding reception there. The food was fantastic and everyone couldn't do enough for us to make the day go so smoothly. Would highly recommend it as a party venue. Brilliant day thank you all at the Barley Mo. Xxx
We love the Barley Mow. I used to be a Hersham girl but I live in Lincolnshire now. We always visit the pub when we come to see my Dad who is poorly at the moment. The Live music at the weekend is really good. The Staff are efficient and friendly. Great atmosphere. We used to go to the Pub back in the 60s when I first met my Husband. Happy memories.x
Very happy to have this as my local pub. Great garden, friendly staff and perfect for the kids in the summer! Good food at very reasonable prices and very warm and welcoming.
The breakfast was great and the service was amazing. The only thing that could have made it better was if I had my mate with me. Missed you Boris x
The barley mow is a real find. The team behind the bar are very friendly and hospitable. The beer served is a perfect temperature, and the music at the weekend is superb! A must visit for music fans.
The Best pub in the area, the Management have obviously done a great job over the last few years, nicely decorated, new garden is great to sit in, nice food and very friendly staff and atmosphere. Especially love the live bands and Friday and Saturday!!!!
Lovely place friendly people beautiful breakfast really worth stoping by
I took my fussy eater son last night for my birthday and the variety on the children's menu was fantastic even he couldn't complain. The servings were huge & excellent quality as well as very reasonably priced. The chocolate brownie was a massive hit with my son he loved it and asked to go back again. I would high recommend the Barley Mow if you have children or not. The staff are very friendly & helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
I just want to thank Sinead for all her help and support for my Daughters baby shower, the venue was great, the food plentiful and good . I can totally recommend this pub for any event you are thinking of holding, would definitely use again.
Haven't been here for a while, but can honestly say we will be back, really friendly staff, good food , lovely surrounding, definitely worth a visit
Had a great meal for my birthday, washed down with good beer, and in great company,a large part of my family who also paid the bill, thank you kids xxx
Another fabulous afternoon/evening spent with great friends in one of the friendliest pubs in town. Thank you for the warm welcome, good food, service with a smile and a lovely outdoor space, canβt think of a better place to let our hair down after a long school year! οΏ½
A very big thank you to Sinead Jodie & all the staff for helping make the day so special with the lovely food friendly service & being very attentive all day.
Would highly recommend the Barley Mow
love pub friendly young lady behind the bar went for Sunday dinner only 2 be told no food after 5pm quite disappointed coz was really looking forward to trying the food for the first Time οΏ½
Lovely Sunday lunch. Sat outside & felt very relaxed & staff were very attentive. I only live in the village so only live a few minutes walk. Have also eaten there mid-week about a year ago. Since that time someone had said that the food had gone downhill. Well i don't know where they got their info from but they were wrong. The only thing i will say is that my partner's Yorkshire pudding chicken breast wrap was quite dried out.
Fab time as always!!!!
Two meals were nice but sausage and mash was awful. Lumpy tasteless mash and cheap sausages. Nobody came to check during the meals if everything was ok. Mother in law ate less than a third of the meal and Told the waitress why she hadn't eaten it, she took it away without offering any money off or an extra as a good gesture. Bad service
Had the fish and chips as there was not a lot on the menu I liked. More batter than fish, so didnβt go down well
