Literally picked our gorgeous Seat Leon up 2 days ago and already it is easily the best car we've ever driven, it's comfortable, sporty as hell and makes you feel like you're 16 again driving your brothers souped up Metro! But it's still able to be grown up if you need it to! We were dealt with by Edd who welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door and gave an amazing service all the way through and kept up great communication on the status of our car! Highly recommended!

I have had 4 Leons since 2007 and have been more than pleased with every one of them. The customer service at Wolverhampton has always been first class. I have now decoded to have a change and try a Skoda Octavia from the sister company in Newcastle. The excellent service didn't change even though I wasn't having a Seat. Would gladly recommend to anyone.

Great service, bought my car from here in April and had a near faultless experience with a friendly member of staff. Booked the car in today to have both front door rattles checked out. Dropped car off at half 8, mechanic said he knew what the issue was and how to fix it. I was given a nice courtesy car and the issue was fixed within an hour and a half under warranty, very impressed, not often I can be positive about car garages.

After visiting around 4 Seat dealerships and other brands i ended up at Barlow Motors. They did me a really good deal on the Seat Ibiza FR Black. The sales team were brilliant and have looked after me ever since.

Morning guys, I've had three brand new cars from these guys, first time the service was excellent couldn't fault them. Second time was a little less excellent and the third time which was September just gone service was ok. It took over two weeks to be able get insurance as it was a brand new model that wasn't loaded onto the system which I thought abit odd. I have recently seen a great 0% deal on a 16 plate Leon, a car I've been desperate to get for the last two years and now I'm in this contract I can't get the car I would love. The disappointing thing with this is having spoken to Nick who was really helpful told me this offer has been available for almost a year and wasn't offered to me. If you are able to do something for me that would be excellent, if not I will return the car to you at the end of the contract and be going somewhere else for future purchases! Have a great day guys! Very poor customer service from servicing department. Considering disabled customer who had been swapped garages for servicing. Did not want to know about collection because he was .04 miles out the 'zone'. Absolutely awful customer service and on 2nd attempt was shouted at my a manager!!

The people are nice dont get me wrong but 4 months iv been waiting for the car. being told this being told that. The car come but had no adaptions so couldnt take it away. got told 7-10 days and on the 10th day got told the order has only just been put in for the adaptions that i will still haft to wait another week or two. What a joke. Gotta keep putting my life on hold for people who just cant be arsed.

Rubbish don't get me wrong they are absolutely amazing to you when you are getting a car from them. But the after care rubbish I had a Ibiza toca from them and then changed it to a Ibiza 1.2tdi and that car was hell I kept taking the car in because kept having dpf problems and car kept doing a regent every 5 days and I kept taking it in and the service manager Simon was so rude towards me saying you and the Rac guys and the mechanics that you know. Know nothing about this car and it's normal for the car to do that and eventually the car broke down yesterday and no courtesy car as usual stranded and not willing to cooperate. I was trying to get in touch with sales team who serve me and every time I rang the guy I wanted "Adam " wasn't there waited for days for him to ring me back nothing they all tried to avoid me. When I used a fake name oh guess what got through straight away. I love seat but Barlow motors that's a no no I hope other people don't go through what I have done

Great service when buying cars but aftercare is appalling!! I've had 4 cars from this dealership with no problems, last week after a routine service the car developed a fault. After taking the car back in today it was found to be a damaged spark plug. They have no staff to return my own car to me, no courtesy cars to offer and will not pay for a taxi for me to get to the garage. You have to book a driver / courtesy car so obviously it's up to me to know in advance that the service will not be completed properly.

Absolutely fuming .
