Very happy with the service, staff were all very pleasant...was a very good experience. The other good thing is the location...as it's only 2 mins to the town centre, you could easily walk and browse the shops while your car is being serviced...perfect! Definitely recommend Barnards Volkswagen.

Gives great service. Like all main dealers some things are pricier than third parties but with the Volkswagen banking and great service/repairs I feel it's worth it.

My car went in for full checkup to find out why is goes into limp mode but after a day off the road, no final outcome only it might be. They tell me they charge more because they are fully trained experts!!!
