Family owned, family run, operating from two fully licensed waste transfer sites offering a full range of over 500 skips ranging in size from 2 – 40 cubic yard, enabling us to offer a friendly, efficient and reliable service.

Barnes Skips & Recycling is based in Lichfield and provides both skip hire and grab hire to Lichfield and all surrounding areas.

We provide skips to households, private companies, large corporations and local authorities, and pride ourselves on over 30 years of experience offering a fast, friendly and cost effective service. In a highly competitive and legislated industry we can dispose of your waste in the most environmentaly friendly way possible, achieving a high recycling rate on most waste streams.

Our fully licensed, purpose built recycling centre is sited in Vulcan Road, Lichfield. We have invested heavily in technology enabling us to recycle up to 80-85% of all waste recovered, reducing landfill dramatically, this enables us to provide a competitive customer focused service compliant with all environmental directives.

Members of our management team are now fully accredited to Level 4 (4TMNH) Certificate of Technical Competence as defined under section 74 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, so you can be assured your waste is being treated in line with all necessary legal requirements.
