Terrible service. Staff totally unprofessional , lost files and paperwork all through my case, correct documents were not given to the judge which resulted in me receiving an unfair outcome. The system is a complete mess, I am totally shocked this place should be closed down. UK courts dealing with the public in this manner, it should not be allowed. The phones are never answered, the staff cut you off, the list goes on. Complete shambles.

I've called them twice and they were very polite and helpful, however that advice turned out to be inaccurate. In hindsight I may have expected too much from a phone call, but people should be aware that staff on the phone are 'admin' and not 'legally trained professionals'.

Nobody answers phone. tried all day. It is a sham! Taking money for no service!

I felt obliged to add to the negative reviews. The family court process is stressful enough. Yet, one expects such an establishment to have manned phones. I have telephoned over 145 times today to date and only once was it answered only to be swiftly cut. This is such poor service and so frustrating!!!

I have seen all the negative responses and have to add mine.
I have been holding on to an unanswered phone which has just cut out on me.
I will now have to go in person.
I will see if there is anyone there who is of a responsible nature and see what is being done to address this unacceptable level of service and post my findings

Extremely efficient and polite counter staff and security. Always very helpful on the phone and speedy reply by email at all times. Impressed. Security staff do care about your safety, are tactful and extremely professional.

Very bad no one answer phone, I have being trying to call all day yesterday.

They never pick up the phone. After a hearing, orders generally take 2-3 weeks and are often full of mistakes and errors. They used to have a counter service, in 2015 the doors were locked and you have to call. Family court is stressful enough without these sort of problems. I have been to 9 hearings here and whilst the quality of decision making was very good, the admin in the back office is a disaster. The listing office is a disaster. If you do have to go to court, initiate the action somewhere else as it could only be better than here. I wonder if the Judges actually know how bad it is. Regarding the suicidal comments below, this does not surprise me.

If there was a minus star available would be more suitable. They never answer the phone. You need to visit in person.
Documents can go missing you should never post them in the post box.
Always go there book an appointment and hand your doc in.
