It has chicken, cheese, bbq sauce, bacon and jalapeno...and yes, it's as good as you are dreaming it is!
Serves: 10 Ingredients 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts ... 5 jalapenos, de-seeded, sliced in half lengthwise 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded salt and pepper to taste 20 slices bacon 1 cup barbecue sauce
Chicken breasts, cut them lengthwise into thin fillets, each fillet will make one bomb. Pound the chicken fillets between parchment paper until about ¼ inch thin. Season each with salt and pepper. Wash jalapenos, cut stem off, slice lengthwise, remove seeds and clean out center Rinse jalapenos a second time. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well blended. Fill each jalapeno half with about 1 Tbs or little more of cheese mixture. Place filled jalapeno half, cheese side down on chicken fillets and roll chicken around jalapeno. It doesn't always close the way you think it should. No worries! The bacon will pull it all together. Wrap 2 pieces of bacon (one at a time) tightly around the rolled chicken, start at one end, wrap half the fillet and finish the 2nd half with the other piece of bacon, and tuck bacon into itself to seal ends closed. You do not need toothpicks, because it all comes together in the cooking process. BBQ : Preheat grill to 350 degree and place chicken bombs on the grill to cook over indirect for approximately 25-30 minutes. Turn chicken bombs on the grill every 5 minutes to ensure it is cooking evenly, and baste with barbecue sauce each time you turn it. Just before the chicken bombs are done, baste one last time. Be sure chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. If you have a meat thermometer, chicken is ready when it reaches an internal temp of 165 F, otherwise pierce chicken bombs with a fork. When they are done, remove from the grill, let them rest 5 minutes or so and serve and get ready to hear some accolades because these babies are very very tasty ... and Happy Grillin’

Try something different on a skewer and cook on the barbie. Perfect for that #sunday feeling in the sun. INGREDIENTS 1 pound Lean steak (Rump/Sirloin) from Barnyard Butchers 8 ounces mushrooms 1 pound small potatoes 1/4 cup olive oil... 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano INSTRUCTIONS Cut the steak into 1 inch chunks and add to a rimmed baking pan along with the mushrooms. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and oregano. Pour over the steak and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until just tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly. Thread the marinaded steak and mushrooms, along with the potatoes, onto skewers. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning once, until meat is cooked to desired doneness. Reseason with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

It's going to be a fine weekend. Why not try something different on the BBQ. So easy and gives you time to relax as well. Try a good size English Topside direct on the barbie. And we have reduced it from £10.99 to £7.99 a kilo.
Give it a good rub with you fav seasoning. Roast the beef over an indirect medium heat in a dome looking BBQ for approximately 1 ½ hours, or until the core temperature reaches 60°C (medium rare). Allow to rest for around 20 minutes before, thinly slicing and serving. Boom Barnyard Butchers

You may have never heard of this delicious recipe for Gratin Parmentier but it has gone hugely viral online. It includes many common ingredients combined in a creative way and once you make it, it’s sure to become a staple. Everyone loves this easier meal. Barnyard Butchers
Here’s what you need: The dish:... 3 potatoes, peeled and boiled 1 white onion Barnyard Butchers steak mince 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley 1 pinch of paprika 1 large bag of shredded mozzarella bechamel sauce salt pepper Bechamel sauce: 5 tablespoons of butter 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour 4 cups of milk 2 teaspoons of salt 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg Here’s what you do: 1. Before anything else, we’re going to make a basic béchamel sauce for use later in the recipe! First, get a medium saucepan and melt your butter over medium-low heat. Add in flour and stir it all up until it gets smooth. Keep cooking your mixture until it all turns a light golden color, for about six or seven minutes.
2. In the meantime, heat your milk in a separate pan until it’s almost at a boil. Once it’s hot enough, gradually add your hot milk one cup at a time to the butter, continually whisking the entire time until it’s smooth. Once all the milk is incorporated, bring the whole thing to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring it constantly. Season it at the end with salt and nutmeg and you’re good to go!
3. Now that your sauce is ready, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Next, get a big bowl and throw in your package of beef along with your chopped parsley and paprika. Add a little bit of salt and pepper as well. Once all the ingredients are together, mix together all the ingredients until they’re evenly combined.
4. Next, peel three potatoes and boil them until they’re semi-soft, around seven minutes. Once they’re ready, take them out and chop them into slices, arranging them around the bottom of a round glass baking dish. Lay one layer flat on the bottom and arrange another layer around the sides as well.
5. After that, get your meat mixture and work it into ice cream scoop-sized meatballs—the entire thing should form about 15 meatballs. Next, arrange them on your slices of potato that you laid out earlier.
6. Once you’ve got your meatballs placed together, use your remaining slices of potato to put walls between the meatballs so each one has its own compartment. Pour your béchamel sauce into each one of the “compartments” until it’s relatively full and top the entire thing with a thin layer of shredded mozzarella.
7. Finally, throw the entire dish in your preheated oven for 15 minutes. Once it’s done, you’ll have a deliciously cheesy and creamy French casserole-style dish that the whole family will love!
As you can see, this recipe is very straightforward and offers nothing not to like. Still, we warn you: once you make this once, you’re going to keep coming back to it. Enjoy!

Weather is looking good for Sunday with temp hitting 22. Yippee no more cold rain. But, cold water (ICE) could be the secret to the best BBQ Burger. Who doesn't love an amazing grilled burger? If you want to transform your next grilled burger into a meal nobody will forget, use some ice.
Believe it or not, ice works really well for keeping meat moist on the grill. Simply place an ice cube in the middle of the patty as it cooks for a tasty, juicy result. Barnyard Butchers
