Golden Bricks are the Barratt Developments PLC cohort of ASPIRE Graduates. Every year, they look to put their entrepreneurial flair to the test by entering in to The Prince's Trust Million Makers Corporate Challenge! Million Makers is an entrepreneurial fundraising challenge which sees teams of employees from companies across the UK competing to raise at least £10, 000 or more over a period of six months. The competition is a learning and development tool proven to build essential business skills and motivate your employees. Collectively, teams are aiming to raise £1, 000, 000 to transform the lives of disadvantaged young people around the country. This year, the group will undertake various events to raise funds for The Prince's Trust : Summit 60 - A large scale hiking event that will see 60 Barratt Developments PLC employees take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks ChallenegeBuildAbility - An initiative that looks to leave a lasting legacy by promoting the topics of diversity and inclusion within the construction industry. Graduate Abseil - A team building event that gives graduates of Barratt Developments PLC an adrenaline fuelled early opportunity to kickstart their fundrasing efforts. Get in touch to find out more!
