We buy only the finest selected Westcountry meats. All our beef, lamb and free range pork arrives at the shop in carcass form and is prepared to the highest standards by our own very skilled butchers.

Being an independent butcher and buying nearly all our meats as carcasses we are able to prepare any cut of meat in any manner, all you need to do is tell us what you would like us to prepare. We have prepared old fashioned Aitch bone joints, crown roasts, guards of honour, saddles of lamb plus many more specialty cuts.
