Hi , My name is Bart Konarski and I am owner of Bartosz Konarski Fitness. I am fully Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor and Nutrition For Sport And Exercise Advisor. I am registered in REPs and fully insured.

I created special program Fat Loss Workout 2. 0 to help you boost metabolism , burn fat, stop dieting and get more energy.

How it Works:

-workout 3 X week for 30-45 minutes
-One day a week nutrition coaching day
-training at home , gym or outside ( I cover Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and surrounding areas)

How Do You Prepare Your Meals
Do not combine in your meals carbs and protein. It causes high insulin spike For example bowl of oats and milk create high insulin spike compare to bowl of oats ,milk and some nuts. The lower your insulin the better but to burn fat you need burn more calories than you eat .

The Best Diet To Burn FAT 24 hr
Your diet should be rich in fruit and vegetables such as asparagus ,broccoli , onion, spinach , cabbage ,lettuce, cauliflower ,radish, watercress, green beans, cucumber, bananas , tomato, watermelon and nut and seeds pumpkin , sunflower, almonds, sesame ,flax.
It will help you keep your body in alkaline state. Keeping your body acidic by eating only acidic food such as meat, rice,cheese, fish, bread deplete some minerals like calcium,magnesium ..., sodium ,potassium making you more prone to serious health problems.
You will maintain homeostasis in the body and burn more fat than avoiding this group food in your meal plan.
