Barugh Syke Holiday Cottages

Barugh Syke Cottages have been tastefully converted from a former barn into two delightful spacious cottages, Bryony and Robyn.

The cottages back onto the owners working farm and they are a lovely mix of original character combined with modern living facilities.

Bryony cottage sleeps 5 and Robyn cottage sleeps 5 /6.

This peaceful location is an excellent base for exploring the Lake District National Park, with the popular Lakeland market town of Keswick 25 minutes away and the border city of Carlisle, 15 minutes. Penrith and the beautiful Eden valley are a few minutes further, while the Solway coast (well known for its golf courses) is only 10 miles away. Scotland and Hadrian's Wall are also within easy reach.

There are plenty of cycle routes and footpaths nearby with interesting castles, historic sites, plus numerous pretty villages and market towns to explore.
