“The meat is actually turkey thigh that is smothered in Chinese Five Spice and submerged in water with an onion. It’s cooked in the oven for about four hours. Once it’s cooked, you simply take the skin off and shred it. After mixing in a little hoisin sauce, I served it with pancakes, shredded vegetables and hoisin sauce.
