Reflexology is based on the theory that there are zones on the feet and hands that are believed to represent all the organs and parts /systems of the body. This practice involves the Reflexologist working with their fingers or thumbs to apply an appropriate pressure to each zone and this is thought to assist the body to return to a natural state of balance. After a session of Reflexology you may notice that you feel more relaxed, that body tension eases and you experience improved sleep, better mood and a sense of general improved wellbeing.
