Base Business Park, near Woodbridge, houses a wide variety of interesting and diverse businesses involved in all kinds of commercial and industrial business operations, from sole traders to International corporations. Base Business Park has been a part of Rendlesham since 2004, when it was purchased by Justin D'Arcy. The land and buildings were previously the former home of the United States Air force for 42 years. The Base was formally closed as an airbase on the 1st of July 1993, with the last flight on March the 23rd. Because of its past use we have an eclectic mix of Industrial units, workshops, offices and secure storage. We now offer a new option for Tenants to have bespoke design and build units at the front of our site after gaining planning permission for 3251m2 – 4180m2 (35000-45000 sq. ft. ) of commercial space.
