Lovely place , i had a fantastic experience they are really professionals and i will definitely go back .

I have slightly longer hair and asked for a trim. I didn't expect to get a crew cut. Nice & friendly staff but not the haircut I asked for

Disappointed with my root colouring which was while ago. They did it a lot lighter than my colour and it did made me look sick. And no apology or try to make it up. Place seems like there are random people working some might be good but some has no clue.

I came here through the Treatwell app for a haircut on special (day of, last minute discount). I had a nice haircut, but the stylist kept insisting that I keep a longer length when I was requesting a shorter one... not sure I'd return as I didn't feel that the stylist was really listening to me and what I wanted.

Gianluca did an amazing job. I have curly hair and always found very difficult have someone who knows how manage curly hair. Finally I have found Gianluca , he understood my hair and did a great and very creative job on my head.

The worst hair cut I have ever had. I did have beautiful long curly hair with character. I showed the hairdresser a photo and he cut my hair so short that it sprung up past my ears. Looked nothing whatsoever like the photo. He then thinned it out and it looks absolutely dreadful. Very very happy for a £50 cut. Would never trust this place with my hair again when it grows back and that will probably be a year of wearing damn hats and growing out this hideous cut!!!!!! :-(.. I emailed for a refund but my request has been ignored.

First time and I fortunately had Gianluca. Have been looking for a salon closer to home and I have found my digs with Basecuts. Gianluca couldn't have been more amazing - best bleach I have had with so much attention and let him play around a bit in terms of toners and this is my favourite yet! Also such a great cut and did exactly what I wanted rather than doing what a stylist "thinks is best" ... and not to mention the head massage! ....and the fact he stayed until an hour and a half after closing time!!!! Amazing service, all the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend =)

Luke was excellent! He took the extra time to make sure my hair was perfect and I was very happy with it, which I am. I highly recommend this salon and Luke. Great prices,service and most importantly, I LOVE my hair!!!

I've had 4 cuts and 2 colour experiences with Jenny (she works Fri-Sun) at Basecuts. She took my hair from mod back to an above shoulder bob late 2015 and has reshaped and cut it 3 times since. I've absolutely loved every single cut she's given me. She cuts to suit my hair type and texture. She is definitely a perfectionist but has fun cutting at the same time. I've had a few cuts in the Notting Hill area and will vote for Jenny being the most 'in tune' stylist I've come across.

As always I had a great experience at Basecuts. Such friendly staff and they managed to slot me in last minute for a much needed treatment. Amanda transformed my hair- she is great! Thank you so much guys X
