Bought a pair of casual slip on shoes with stretch laces 6 months ago

Good service at the time and really liked the shoes

After 6 months the laces snapped and as they are elastic, not something I could rectify myself

Took them back and the owner could not have been more helpful. He did a temporary fix and ordered replacement laces which he fitted a week later - all without quibble or charge and with a great attitude and cheery smile.

This place will be my first port of call (and hopefully my last) when I next need foot ware - thank you!

Well worth driving from Yeovil to Wells for. True personal service from someone who knows about shoes and feet (it doesn't happen in all shoe shops). Also a good range of men's shoes from various manufacturers and at fair prices.
