Hi ūüĎč lovely people. We here at Bates‚Äô like to bang on about how local our milk is in terms of the processing dairy, it‚Äôs staff and our farmers ūü§©. We are also proud to say that all of our milk comes from farmers who are part of the red tractor assurance scheme which assures the milk‚Äôs quality and origin ūüôĆūüôĆ ūüźĄ.

Phil from Round 16, which delivers around Scarsbrick New Road and the roads off it has found one of our new Batsey Man milk bottles.
This design was originally from the 1980‚Äôs and has made a comeback in 2020. ūü¶łūüŹĽ‚Äć‚ôāÔłŹūü¶łūüŹľ‚Äć‚ôÄÔłŹūüźĄūüć ∂ūü•õ

Is it a ūü¶Ö , is it a ‚úąÔłŹ ? No! It‚Äôs BATESY MAN coming soon to your neighbourhood (on printed glass bottles that is, not the real BATESY MAN ūüėŹ) to reduce single use plastics. Ok it‚Äôs a bit daft but supporting quality local farmers, a local based workforce and a third generation family dairy. All this whilst reducing our dependency on plastic. Now that‚Äôs SUPER ūü¶ł‚Äć‚ôāÔłŹ ūü¶ł‚Äć‚ôÄÔłŹ #cheesybatesyman #local #sustainable

It takes 450 years for a plastic bottle to decompose OR you can leave it out on your doorstep, we collect it, it gets washed, filled with milk and it’s back onto your doorstep the next day. Plus, the glass milk bottle is delivered and collected in an electric vehicle.
