Hello. I offer high quality Pilates Classes and One-to-One Pilates sessions to everyone whatever their fitness levels to help achieve a feeling of well-being in a friendly and fun environment. I run Self-Care and Detox Retreat Days.

Prices are £11 per class when booked in for a monthly term. £14 drop in class offered to regulars who may be travelling and unable to attend monthly. All classes last one hour.
