Clean and tidy station, in the city centre... very handy.

Nice station close to city centre. Had some lovely views too.

We have always had good service from Bath station but today they really surpassed themselves. There was a problem on the network which meant that we would not have got to the airport on time. With no hassle or drama the two very helpful gentleman at platform level organised a taxi for us. Excellent and way above expectations for service.

Mostly efficient set up. They could do well to clean the place up a bit more.

For buying tickets and general inquiries Bath Spa is above average. Where things become less convenient is at the platform level!! Only two platforms for a city the size of Bath!!! Spa needs to drag itself into the 21st century and become the hub of the West like we all know it can.

The station is situated right by Bath city centre, approximately 10 minutes walk from the main tourist places and the main shopping centre too. There is a large bus station just outside and a local taxi rank. Good sized ticket hall with several windows open for service. The station décor is in good condition. Barrier staff were helpful although a little preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves. The stairs to both platforms are a bit narrow, and are split into up and down sides for better passenger flow. The waiting room was spacious and warm and the public toilets were clean and in good condition. Train services are fairly frequent and journey time to London is about 1h30.
